By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, email, contact information, address, mailing information, etc.

Subscriptions and Membership

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a one time fee or 3 payment plan basis ("Membership(s)"). You will be billed once or 3 times based on the option you have chosen.
Content

Our Service provides you access to videos, audio files, ebooks, webinars, teleconference calls, live training events and coaching sessions which should not be reproduced, shared or sold separately for any reason.
Live Trainings

All live trainings payment must be made in full before attending the event. If for any reason you can not attend the live event you have paid to enroll into, you may transfer your tuition to a future live event, but no refunds can be offered if cancellation is within 60 days of the event. Beyond 60 days, you may transfer your tuition without being charged the deposit fee, within 60 days you will be charged the deposit fee to change dates. Event refunds are only offered if there has been a serious illness and medical reason that you can’t travel. Please submit a doctors written notice of the occurrence for consideration.
MBA Cancellations, Transfers or Refunds

Our refund policy gives you 7 days to decide if you wish to continue your membership. If you choose not to, please simply contact us within the 7 days (before the end of working day on the 7th day) with a notice and reason for your choosing not to continue, as well as your full name and email you signed up with, and we will process your refund within 7-14 business days. For any refund requests after the 7 day period, they will not be considered.

Perfect 10 Lifestyle LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Perfect 10 Lifestyle LLC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
